Procedure To Claim For On-site Car Battery Warranty
- Dial The battery shop at 8166-4455
- Tell us your original receipt invoice number, date of purchase and vehicle make and model
- Send us your exact breakdown location via WhatsApp
- An onsite fee of $50 will be quoted over the phone (will be payable if the car battery is not due to a manufacturer defect)
- If the car can't start is due to manufacturer defect we will do a one to one replacement of car battery at no cost involved
- If the car battery is drained off due to some reasons (not the manufacturing defect ) we will perform a jump start for you and collect the onsite fee quoted above.
- The receipt must be shown to our mechanic as proof of the product from our company, if not The battery shop reserves the right not to perform any replacement for the battery.
Term & Conditions
The standard warranty period for the petrol engine vehicle is 12-months and for diesel/commercial vehicle will be at 6 months
Warranty does not cover:
- Alternator overcharging
- Alternator not charging
- 24hrs recording camera directly connected to the car battery
- Mishandling
- Due to negligence ( forget to off electronics/ headlight )
- Faulty starter motor
- Engine malfunction
